Eligibility for Returns
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Return must include original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible.

- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Products bought on sale or promotion.
- Items marked as "non-returnable".
- Products without original packaging or invoice.
π Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges in the following cases:
- Size issues (if available in your required size).
- Incorrect item received.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

- Approved refunds will be issued via original payment method or as store credit.
- Refunds take approximately 5β7 business days.
π Return Shipping
- For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, Venta.pk covers return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
